The UK’s favourite animated rabbit is helping families reduce the amount of food that is binned from homes.

The new Peter Rabbit movie, which will be released in the UK on 16 March, is based on the stories of the character of the same name created by Beatrix Potter, starring a host of young icons, including Margot Robbie, Daisy Ridley, and singer Sia.

The new animated Peter Rabbit character, voiced by actor and comedian James Corden, is taking part in the ‘Better Ate Than Never’ campaign to reduce food waste in the USA, as 40% of food there is currently wasted.

Peter Rabbit says that everyone can give food the utmost respect it deserves by taking a few simple steps:

•    Cook it
•    Store it
•    Share it
